HSG was founded by Samuel Hill, a business development professional leveraging 12 years in the U.S. energy market. Sam’s expertise draws from small green-tech start-ups to public solar companies and spans residential, commercial, community, and utility-scale projects. Over his career, he has worked at the intersection of project development, finance, and go-to-market strategy, with deep experience in financial modeling, deal structuring, and sales execution. Known for translating technical and regulatory complexity into clear commercial outcomes, Sam founded HSG to provide practical, high-impact advisory support to individuals and organizations navigating an increasingly dynamic energy landscape.
